Bad explanation

Language Log has a post about a really cool study which provides evidence that people are overly impressed by the explanatory powers of neuroscience. The Language Log post is a very good summary to which I have little to add, but you may as well read the actual journal article (in press, Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience).
