Eat well to live well
Let me take a moment to plug K.'s recently created blog, Make Everyday Raw. I have tasted many of the recipes she posts there, and most of them are quite good. I'm not really a a fan of the tom kha soup (too simultaneously rich and watery), and I prefer the faux-sushi, which so far has only a picture and no recipe, with sprouts as opposed to cauliflower. Try them all, but be prepared to see your grocery bills skyrocket if you switch to a raw diet (especially if you shop at Whole Foods).
Not that the she needs my endorsement. Already her statcounter is showing many hits from all over the worlds, while my lifetime readership stands at probably, like, 20 people. Apparently there is a much wider audience on the internet for health food recipes than for very occasional comments on gender politics from a straight white boy.
